Listing Policy

This policy defines the listing quality expectations TruAcres uses for public inventory, owner posts, agency posts, and premium listings.

Listing accuracy

Listings should include accurate property type, purpose, price, area, location, availability, media, and contact details.

  • Choose the closest matching property details
  • Keep price and availability current
  • Mark sold-out, rented, or unavailable properties promptly

Duplicate and stale listings

TruAcres may review, group, unpublish, or request correction for duplicate and stale listings.

  • The same property should not appear repeatedly with conflicting prices
  • Similar listings may be grouped to reduce confusion
  • Expired listings may be delisted or require renewal

Verification and moderation

Listings may be reviewed for trust, media quality, RERA or regulatory information, location accuracy, abuse reports, and platform policy compliance.

  • Verification may influence ranking
  • Rejected media or documents may require replacement
  • Policy violations can lead to removal
