What TruAcres accepts

For India listings, an authorized Owner-account or Agency-account publisher may optionally enter a RERA number for the listing.

The account category describes who entered the number; it is not proof of ownership, authority, registration, or compliance
TruAcres does not connect to, scrape, import from, or synchronize with any RERA portal in this release
RERA certificates and supporting-document review are not accepted as part of this declaration workflow

How a displayed number is labelled

This RERA number was entered by the listing publisher and has not been independently verified by TruAcres. Check the applicable official RERA portal before relying on it.

Publisher-provided values show the publisher account category and the applicable submitted, updated, or reconfirmed date
Legacy values whose source was not recorded are labelled: Source not recorded — not independently verified by TruAcres
A number under dispute, suppression, correction, takedown, removal, or a display kill switch is omitted entirely from public pages

No positive platform effect

A RERA number is a neutral publisher declaration. TruAcres does not call it registered, valid, checked, approved, official, or compliant.

It does not affect trust, quality, ranking, publication, inventory authorization, project grouping, structured data, sitemaps, or SEO
Listings cannot be filtered or promoted based on RERA-number presence
Buyers should verify the number, project, ownership, approvals, encumbrances, and legal status independently before transacting
