1. Getting started
TruAcres is organized by country so property searches match local cities, prices, currencies, and seller options. You can always change country from the header or footer.
- Use the header country selector when you want to browse another market; the choice is saved for your next visit.
- Current supported markets are India, United States, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Malaysia.
- Use the footer market links if you are already near the bottom of a public page.
- Use Search to find homes, rentals, plots, commercial spaces, projects, and 3D tour listings.
- Start typing a city, locality, project, society, or builder name and choose the right suggestion from the dropdown.
- Select more than one suggestion when you want to search across multiple cities, localities, or projects.
- Use Login or Register only when you need to save, enquire, post, or manage listings.
- Verify your email after signup so account actions, alerts, invites, and password recovery can reach you reliably.
- Keep your phone number accurate so enquiries, visit coordination, and WhatsApp conversations are routed correctly.
2. Guide for buyers and renters
Buyers and renters can browse public listings without an account, but signing in gives access to saved properties, enquiry tracking, and a buyer hub.
- Open Search and choose Buy or Rent based on your requirement.
- Use the search tabs for Buy, Rent, New Launch, Commercial, Plots/Land, or Projects so filters and suggestions match your intent.
- Use autocomplete chips to combine locations or projects, for example one city plus two localities.
- Filter by country, city, locality, property type, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, furnishing, parking, possession, and verified listing status.
- Open a property detail page to review photos, price, address context, map location, floor plan, video, 3D tour, amenities, and seller details.
- Use WhatsApp enquiry when available for faster contact, or use the web enquiry form when you want a structured response.
- Save properties you want to compare later from the listing card or property detail page.
- Create saved searches and choose alert preferences when you want TruAcres to notify you about matching listings.
- Use daily or weekly digest preferences when you prefer fewer saved-search emails.
- Use Buyer Hub to manage saved properties, saved searches, alerts, private notes, recommendations, compare items, visits, and recent activity.
- Add private notes from Buyer Hub or property detail pages when you want to remember pros, concerns, documents, or visit feedback.
- Use Compare to review shortlisted properties side by side on desktop or in a stacked mobile layout.
- Request, reschedule, or cancel visits from Buyer Hub or property detail pages and keep an eye on the current visit status.
- Check listing status before visiting: active, sold, rented, expired, or under review listings may not be available.
3. Guide for individual property owners
Individual owners can list their own property without creating an agency workspace. Use the owner flow when you are selling or renting a property directly.
- Register as an owner or sign in with your existing owner account.
- Choose Post Property or New Listing and select the correct purpose: sale, rent, lease, or commercial requirement.
- Use dropdowns for property category, property type, area unit, furnishing, facing, possession, and other structured fields to keep the listing searchable.
- Enter numeric fields as numbers only: price, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, total floors, maintenance, brokerage, and parking count.
- Select the exact map location so buyers can understand the area and nearby context.
- Upload clear photos, floor plans, 360 panoramas, approved YouTube video links, and 3D tours when available; richer media improves listing quality.
- Watch plan limits for images, floor plans, 360 panoramas, video links, file size, and total storage before adding heavy media.
- Renew your listing before expiry if the property is still available.
- Mark the listing as sold, rented, or unavailable as soon as the deal closes.
4. Guide for agents and agencies
Agency users can manage listings, leads, CRM work, team members, plans, billing, duplicates, visits, 3D tours, floor plans, and listing performance from the agency dashboard.
- Create or join an agency workspace after registration if you represent multiple properties or team members.
- Use Listings to create, edit, renew, expire, mark sold or rented, and monitor quality score.
- Use Leads and CRM to assign enquiries, follow up, track pipeline status, and avoid losing buyer conversations.
- Use the CRM board to move leads through New, Contacted, Interested, Visit Scheduled, Visit Completed, Negotiating, Won, Lost, Spam, and Cold stages.
- Open a lead timeline to review buyer profile, enquiry history, notes, calls, WhatsApp or email activity, visits, reminders, stage changes, and assigned agent context.
- Use saved CRM views such as My Leads, Unassigned, Today's Visits, Overdue Follow-ups, Hot Leads, Negotiating, and Lost This Month for daily work.
- Use bulk actions to assign leads, change stages, schedule reminders, mark lost with a reason, or archive stale records when your role allows it.
- Use the site-visits dashboard to confirm, reschedule, complete, or mark no-show visits and create follow-up context after completed or missed visits.
- Use Team to invite agents and define responsibility for listing operations and enquiry handling.
- Use Duplicates to review similar listings and avoid showing the same property multiple times with conflicting prices.
- Use the upload queue to track each media file, change category, retry failed steps, remove files, choose a cover image, and reorder media after upload.
- Use 3D & Floor Plans to add external tours, panorama rooms, hotspots, interactive floor plans, and AI-assisted suggestions.
- Use Billing to track plan usage, media quotas, premium listing limits, and immersive media availability.
5. Guide for builders and developers
Builders and developers should keep project, society, builder, RERA, possession, inventory, and media data complete so buyers can evaluate a project confidently.
- Add project name, society name, builder name, RERA ID, possession stage, available units, and layout details.
- Use the recommended project and property-type fields so buyers can find and compare the project more easily.
- Upload floor plans, brochures, location context, construction status photos, YouTube video links, 360 panoramas, and 3D tours where available.
- Keep price, area, unit availability, and possession timelines updated.
- Use enquiries and CRM tools to route buyers to the right sales contact.
6. Listing quality checklist
Better listing quality improves buyer trust, search usefulness, duplicate detection, and ranking signals. Complete every important field before publishing.
- Use the exact property type and category instead of writing custom labels.
- Add carpet, built-up, super built-up, or plot area with the correct canonical area unit.
- Add clear photos, a floor plan, map pin, possession details, furnishing, parking, floor details, age, facing, maintenance, brokerage, and RERA details where relevant.
- Add YouTube video links, 3D tours, 360 panoramas, and interactive floor plans for premium listings where the active plan allows them.
- Review duplicate warnings before publishing if the system finds similar properties.
- Keep availability status accurate and delist expired properties when they are no longer valid.
7. Photos, videos, 3D tours, and floor plans
Media helps buyers understand a property faster. TruAcres supports standard photos, floor plans, approved YouTube video links, external 3D tour embeds, native 360 panorama tours, and interactive floor plans.
- Use bright, clear, current photos of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, exterior, amenities, and neighbourhood context.
- Use YouTube watch, short, or embed links for property videos; hosted native video upload is not part of the default workflow unless a future plan enables it.
- Paste approved external 3D tour links where supported, such as Matterport-style virtual tour links.
- Upload 360 panorama images for room-by-room native tours. Recommended capture size is 4096x2048 with a required 2:1 equirectangular ratio.
- Use one panorama per room and name rooms clearly, for example Living Room, Bedroom 1, or Kitchen.
- Use steady tripod height, bright even lighting, and avoid people, mirrors, private documents, and sensitive information in every panorama.
- Connect panorama rooms with hotspots so users can move through the property.
- Upload a floor plan and place room markers that open matching panorama rooms.
- Submit immersive and video media for review when approval is required before public display.
8. Enquiries, WhatsApp, and follow-up
TruAcres helps buyers and listing owners connect quickly while keeping enquiry details organized where possible.
- Use WhatsApp when you need fast direct communication and the listing shows a WhatsApp contact.
- Use web enquiry forms when you want your requirement recorded clearly for follow-up.
- Agencies should assign leads, update lead status, record calls or notes, and schedule follow-up reminders in CRM.
- Mark visits completed or no-show after the appointment so the agency team can see the right follow-up task.
- Owners and agents should respond with current availability, expected price, visit options, and required documents.
- Do not share sensitive financial documents until you have verified the other party and the property context.
9. Plans, billing, and premium features
Some listing capacity, premium visibility, immersive tours, and agency tools may depend on the active plan selected by the account or agency.
- Review your active plan before creating high-volume listings or premium media.
- Use Billing to check current package, usage limits, media quotas, renewal status, invoices, and payments.
- Premium listings may receive stronger placement when they also maintain high data quality and verification status.
- 3D tours and verified immersive media may be included in higher plans or paid upgrades.
10. Safety and verification
TruAcres improves listing quality and verification signals, but users should still perform their own checks before making financial commitments.
- Verify ownership documents, RERA registration where applicable, price, taxes, dues, society rules, and legal status.
- Verify your account email and keep recovery details current before sharing or receiving important documents.
- Visit the property or use a trusted representative before final decisions.
- Avoid paying token money or deposits without documented proof and proper receipts.
- Report suspicious listings, duplicate listings, incorrect prices, fake media, or unavailable properties.
- Use verified listings and complete profiles as stronger trust signals, not as a replacement for due diligence.
11. Common actions
Most routine tasks can be completed from search, property detail pages, or the relevant user workspace.
- Search property: open Search, choose filters, and review matching listings.
- Change country: use the header or footer country selector and continue on that country's homepage.
- Save property: sign in and select the save action on a listing or detail page.
- Post property: register, choose the correct account type, complete the listing form, add media, and submit.
- Edit listing: open your workspace, select Listings, choose the listing, update details, and save.
- Renew listing: open Listings and renew before or after expiry if the property is still available.
- Mark sold or rented: open the listing status controls and update availability immediately after closure.
- Manage enquiries: open Leads or Buyer Hub and review current conversations and follow-up status.
12. Troubleshooting
If something does not look right, first confirm your account, market, filters, and listing status. Most issues come from an inactive market, expired listing, incomplete location, or missing required data.
- Cannot find a listing: check market, city, filters, listing status, expiry, and approval status.
- Wrong country opens: use the country selector and choose the correct market; TruAcres remembers that preference for future visits.
- Verification email missing: check spam, confirm the email address, and use the resend action from the verification prompt.
- Search suggestions look wrong: check that you are on the correct country page and remove old chips before searching again.
- Map does not load: confirm the address/map pin was selected and try refreshing the page.
- Photos, videos, or tours do not appear: confirm upload completion, file type, plan quota, moderation status, and media approval.
- Enquiry not received: confirm email, phone, WhatsApp number, spam folder, and workspace lead assignment.
- Payment or plan issue: check Billing first, then contact support with invoice or payment reference.
- Still blocked: contact support and include your account email, listing title, city, and a screenshot of the issue.
